Weaving & Gardening

April 25, 2009

Weaving is everywhere around us – the clothes we wear are  obvious,  but not a lot people see what one can do in a garden.

This fence is  located at the Garden Museum ,  London.     The Museum is situated on the South Bank of the Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament.  It is  in the former St. Mary-at-Lambeth parish Church where the  tomb of the John Tradescants, gardeners to Charles I  is located.

This form of fencing is I think more common U.K. gardens than in North America, but  I am seeing more fences in similar styles utilized here too.
