Colours of February, B.C.

February 26, 2010

Some of the subtle, muted February colours this spring in B.C.,  from the Coast to the Southern Interior,  here are my contributions to Sue’s Colours of the Month.  We have had some lovely sunny days, with blue, blue skies which somehow I missed photographing.  There are glimpses of the sun in the sparkle in the icicles though.

Snowdrops gone wild in a local park.

I woke early one morning to see this sliver of moon gleaming through the ghostly fog.

Your pictures are outstanding. What kind of camera do you use?

I always love your photos, and this month is no exception!!

I have trouble deciding between the icicles or the snowdrops as a favorite….although today, in response to the dreadful weather we’ve had lately, my preference leans toward flowers!

(And I’m inspired by your ability to capture the moon and a deer in photos….two subjects that I still struggle with!)

    Thanks for joining in!

You live in such a beautiful place. I wonder what kind of deer you have. Ours are Mule Ear.
